which a movie is made available to watch for an audience by a film
distributor. The distributor may set a release date if a film and a
method by which a film is to be exhibited or made available for viewing.

industry that gets the movie from the audio to the theatre.While the
film is still in post. The producer is out selling it. But she can't
sell directly to the public herself she needs a distributor. The action
of sharing something out among a number of recipients.
